The Joy of Building isn't joyful if you have a defective or missing part so we need to make sure you have what you need to keep building.

We will replace any missing or defective part- free of charge regardless of where or who you bought the original product from and we will cover the postage wherever you are!

Please note our Super Detail Kits have a fixed production run, extra production parts don't
last long so we can't guarantee we'll have parts for subjects that have been sold out.
